Since 2022, Shane Bosch has been at the helm of Glover International Trucks Ltd. as President and CEO.  With over two decades in the transportation industry, Shane has been dedicated to the International Truck Brand, dealer operations, and customers within Western Canada.  His wealth of knowledge and expertise in the industry and day-to-day operations has allowed the Glover business to reach Prestige status since 2019.

Beyond Shane's professional achievements, he is passionate about fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusivity. Shane has always believed in the power of people and strives to create an environment where every individual's unique talent and perspective are valued. His dedication to nurturing a positive work culture has been a driving force in his career. 

Shane's commitment to the industry extends beyond work.  He has served on the board of directors for the Alberta Motor Dealers Association for two years.  Giving back to the community holds a special place in his heart, and he actively participates in initiatives such as the "High Hopes Challenge" for Kids Cancer Care and volunteers for various charities throughout the year.

Outside of Shane's professional endeavours, he finds joy in travelling and cherishing moments with his two teenage boys, Cole and Hudson.  Whether it's skiing in the winter or wake surfing in the summer, he embraces every opportunity to create lasting memories with his family.

Rod Hayes is the Chief Operating Officer at Glover International Trucks Ltd., bringing over 25 years of extensive experience in the transportation industry.  His journey began at Thermo King as a technician working on diesel refrigeration systems, where he honed his skills and expertise, eventually climbing the ranks to the position of General Manager.

Twelve years ago, Rod made the strategic move to join Glover as an Account Manager, showcasing his dedication to customer satisfaction and leadership.  Recognizing his exceptional contributions and commitment, Rod was welcomed as a partner in the company five years ago, solidifying his position as a key figure in the organization’s success. 

Rod’s profound knowledge, hands-on experience, and proven track record make him a valuable asset to Glover, driving innovation, efficiency, and excellence for our business and our customers.

In his spare time, Rod spends time with his wife Nancy, two children Brooklynn and Kaden at the local hockey arena or in the mountains.

Matt Januska's career in finance indeed reflects a remarkable trajectory. Starting as an external auditor at Glover International Trucks Ltd. in 2006, he demonstrated significant promise and expertise. His transition to Controller in 2009 and then to Chief Financial Officer in 2012 highlights his growing influence and leadership within the company. His role as CFO has been pivotal in ensuring the financial stability of Glover International Trucks Ltd.

Januska's background includes studying at the University of Alberta, where he laid the groundwork for his finance career. His experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers and RSM (formerly Collins Barrow), including completing his articling and earning his Chartered Accountant designation, provided him with a solid foundation in financial practices and accounting principles. His career progression underscores a blend of technical skills and strategic insight, making him a valuable asset to his organization.

Outside of work, Matt is a dedicated family man. He has been married to Jacquie for 20 years, and they have three children who are actively involved in the competitive dance scene in Central Alberta. His commitment to his family extends to his volunteer work, having served on the board of his children’s dance studio for the past five years.

In his downtime, Matt enjoys spending summer days in his backyard with his family and two dogs. Although he and his family occasionally take vacations, their home life and family activities remain central to their enjoyment.

With over 20 years of experience in the transportation industry, Michelle is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in sales and marketing.  She has recently joined Glover International Trucks Ltd., as Vice President of Sales & Marketing.   With a strong background in developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns and sales initiatives, she has a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.  Michelle’s leadership skills and deep understanding of market dynamics have enabled her to successfully expand the customer base at every company she has worked with. 

Michelle spent 15 years with Navistar Inc. and played a pivotal role in driving the company’s dealer focused marketing strategies and sales plans.  Her innovative ideas and strategic approach to working with the dealer channel resulted in increase brand awareness, customer engagement and revenue growth both in Canadian and US markets.   

Her expertise and commitment to driving success make her a trusted leader in the industry.  Beyond Michelle’s professional achievements, she enjoys spending her spare time fishing and pursing landscape photography while travelling.
